What is TalentEd Records?
- Used to submit forms to HR
- Used in the onboarding process for new hires
- Allows staff to view an online version of the personnel file
- Automatically files documents in a specified online folder
- Sends email notifications of forms and tasks assigned to each user
- Supervisors will have a list of all staff who report to them and will be able to access certain files and folders
- Allows for a single sign-in to both TalentEd Records as well as TalentEd Recruit and Hire which is used for online applications
